Significant experience in a digital, social media and communications in an agency or in-house position
Experience developing and delivering digital strategies and integrated campaigns
Strong knowledge of organic and paid social media across major and emerging platforms
Experience planning, managing and optimising paid digital campaigns
A good understanding of content strategy, audience development and channel planning

Experience managing multiple accounts, campaigns, budgets and deadlines
An understanding of websites, SEO, AEO, digital advertising and user journeys
A strong awareness of the influencer and creator landscape
Experience guiding colleagues and developing the skills of others
A genuine interest in arts, entertainment, culture and live events
Experience within the cultural, entertainment, festivals, visitor destination or creative sectors would be valuable, but we are also interested in candidates who can bring relevant experience and fresh thinking from elsewhere.
Experience contributing to pitches, proposals or new business development would be a strong advantage and the salary can be negotiated to reflect this.
Key responsibilities include
Developing clear, creative and effective digital strategies for clients
