What we’re looking for:
You’ll be enthusiastic about music, culture and media – someone who can work across multiple projects, has a finger on the pulse with the latest pop culture trends and changes, a nose for news, and who can help deliver high-quality results for our clients.
You should have experience and be comfortable with press liaison, talent management, writing, reporting, and team support. Experience leading parts of campaigns or mentoring junior staff is a bonus.
Experience required:
1–3 years’ experience in a PR agency or comms environment, ideally in entertainment, music or lifestyle sectors
A solid understanding of the UK media and influencer landscape with established contacts
Experience with press releases, media sell-ins, coverage tracking and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Genuine interest in music, pop culture, content creators, and online communities
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple deadlines
Confidence to share ideas and thoughts
Previous experience mentoring interns or junior team members is a plus
THE ROLE:
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role across a range of consumer brands and music accounts, supporting campaign delivery while developing your media relationships, project ownership and strategic thinking.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting account leads on day-to-day campaign delivery
Pitching to media and influencers to secure impactful coverage
Writing engaging press materials and client-facing documents
Managing press office functions including news tracking, coverage collation and reporting
Supporting event planning and execution, from previews to launch events
Helping manage talent interviews and press junkets
Supporting managers with mentoring and guiding junior team members and interns
Supporting in the development of proposals and creative ideas
Contributing to brainstorms and campaign research
Identifying proactive media opportunities and feature placements
Building strong working relationships with clients, journalists and creators
